GRBL Server is new software from a young company, so Windows SmartScreen may briefly show a "Windows protected your PC" message until the app becomes widely recognised. That's normal for new software — the copy on this site is the genuine one.
If you see it, click More info, then Run anyway.

Procedure
Installation
- 1 Run the installer. If Windows SmartScreen appears, follow the note above.
- 2 Launch GRBL Server. A small window will show the address to open in a browser.
- 3 Open that address from any computer or laptop on the same network.
- 4 Click Start your free month on the first screen — no account needed. Already subscribed? Sign in with your GRBL Server account instead.
- 5 Connect your first machine over USB serial or Wi-Fi WebSocket.
